These terms govern your use of luxvibeweb.co.uk and the services you purchase from LuxVibeWeb.
Services and pricing
Prices shown are starting estimates and exclude VAT. LuxVibeWeb is not currently VAT registered. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal after discovery. Changes to a live site outside agreed support are billed by time at the published hourly rate, estimated and approved before work begins.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding and design are the property of LuxVibeWeb unless stated otherwise. Client deliverables are governed by individual client agreements.
Liability
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
