Privacy Policy

LuxVibeWeb is a UK based web and AI development studio. This policy explains what data is collected through luxvibeweb.co.uk, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

• Contact form submissions: your name, company, email, phone, message content and a budget indication if provided.
• AI Website Grader submissions: the domain you entered, your email, your name if provided, and the scores generated.
• Stack Check: the checked domain, technical findings, time of the check and a hashed network identifier used to limit abuse. Our team receives an email notification for each completed check. If you request a report, we also store your email and optional contact permission. Private report links expire after 30 days and anyone with the link can view the technical results. We do not include your email or network identifier in the shared report.
• Analytics data: pages visited, general location and device type, via Google Analytics when it is configured and you accept optional analytics.

• To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form. Lawful basis: legitimate interest.
• To send the full Website Grader report you requested by providing an email. Lawful basis: consent.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it. Lawful basis: legitimate interest, with cookie consent for non-essential analytics.

Email delivery is handled by our email service provider. Hosting and application infrastructure is provided by Base44. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics. We do not sell data to third parties.

Contact form, Stack Check and Grader submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and are reviewed periodically for deletion.

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your data, and to object to its processing, under UK GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@luxvibeweb.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

This site uses essential browser storage for core functions. If optional Google Analytics is configured, it loads only after you accept analytics. You can reject it or withdraw your choice using Analytics preferences. The added conversion events record the page and action, not enquiry text, email addresses or URL query strings.

Advertising cookies: none. This site does not run advertising or remarketing tags and sets no advertising cookies.
