Headcount is a guide. Departments, stakeholder availability, workflow complexity, systems and data constraints determine the scope. We confirm the priority workflows and a fixed fee in writing before starting. Larger and more complex organisations receive a bespoke proposal.
A session is 45-60 minutes with an agreed stakeholder or small group, including a practical walkthrough where useful. Package caps cover discovery interviews. A kickoff and a management walkthrough, up to 60 minutes each, are also included.
We map the overall flow across the agreed departments and assess the agreed number of priority workflows in detail. Exhaustive documentation of every process is a separate scope.
Typical elapsed delivery is 2-3 weeks for Focused, 3-4 weeks for Business and 4-6 weeks for Organisation, starting once access and interview availability are confirmed. The proposal fixes the timetable. These are delivery windows, not continuous days on site.

Remote delivery is the default. Any site visits, travel or expanded scope are agreed and priced in advance.
Implementation, software subscriptions, data migration, detailed technical design, staff rollout training and ongoing support are separately scoped. The review is a standalone deliverable. You can use your own team, LuxVibeWeb or another supplier to implement it.
We agree the information needed and how it may be used before discovery. Anonymised examples are preferred where practical.
